About Math Ventures
Math Ventures is a free math course site for grades 3 to 8.
Each course is a short trip through one topic. Every lesson explains one idea, shows one worked example, then asks you to practise. You learn by doing, not by watching.
Who it is for
Parents, homeschoolers and students. The courses start at grade 3, where multiplication and fractions begin, and go up to grade 8 pre-algebra.
How the courses work
- A course has 8 to 12 short lessons.
- Each lesson has one idea, one example, practice questions and one puzzle.
- No account is needed. Progress stays in your browser.
- The site is free.
